iCare Workshop is committed to protecting personal information by following responsible information handling practices. We collect and use information you volunteer when you access or register for a iCare Workshop program, in order to better meet your service needs, ensure a safe environment, statistical and assessment purposes, to inform you about the Program in which you are registered, and to satisfy government and regulatory requirements. You may also hear from us periodically regarding other iCare Workshop programs, services and opportunities that may be of interest and beneficial to you. We do not share your personal information with any other businesses other than to process your registration transactions. We will never release or sell your personal information to any other business or third-party.

 

Clothing Policy

Art can be messy and not all products used in the studio are washable. Please ensure the participant are dressed in attire that may become messy and/or stained.

 

Media Policy

iCare Workshop may from time to time, photograph participants and / or their art work in partial or completed form for the purpose of its own marketing materials, in print or on social media. The face or full likeness of a person will not be captured nor shared without express consent from the participant, or in the case of minors, the parent or guardian.

 

Payment Policies
  • All other classes, events, workshops, and parties will be billed at the time of booking.

  • Only persons with parental or legal guardian responsibility for applicants under the age of 18 may complete child registration forms.

  • All fees are non-refundable. Fees for classes (series of 8 or more classes) can be transferred to another household member or class, less a $15 administration fee.

  • For each course registration, only one course switch within the same term is allowed, unless said course is cancelled by iCare Workshop.

  • There will be a $15 administrative fee per course for any switches thereafter.

  • All course switches must occur before the second class begins.

  • Any differences in tuition and material/model fees will be charged or refunded.

  • If a course has low enrollment it will be postponed for one week. Students will be notified of this change one week before the start of the course.

  • A postponed course may be cancelled if the minimum enrollment is not met within the one week timeframe. Students will be notified one week before the postponed start date with an option to switch into another course within the same term or receive a full refund.
